Chicken Teriyaki Set

Chicken Teriyaki Set - IDR 40 K

The chicken teriyaki set consisted of steamed rice, boneless chicken teriyaki, fried tofu, gyeran mari (Korean rolled omelette), and kimchi. 

The boneless chicken teriyaki was well-marinated. It was so tasty and juicy. The flavor was infused into the chicken. 

The fried tofu was soft and delicious. It didn't need seasoning because the tofu itself was tasty.

The gyeran mari, literally translated as rolled eggs, is a Korean-style rolled omelette. This gyeran mari was rolled with dried seaweed. It was good. 

I think the kimchi was a little bit too sour. 

Chicken Teriyaki - IDR 28 K

This dish was actually an a la carte version of the chicken teriyaki set. It consisted of steamed rice and boneless chicken teriyaki. It didn't come with the side dishes.

Sundubu Jjigae

Sundubu Jjigae - IDR 39 K

Sundubu jjigae is spicy soft tofu stew. This dish was made with tofu, vegetables, mushrooms, onion, clams, shrimp, sliced beef, egg, and gochujang (chili paste) or gochu garu (chili powder). It was served while still bubbling. It looked like tom yum soup, but the taste was different. It was sour and spicy, but not too spicy. But I think it needed more salt.
