Warung Sego | Gading Serpong

Located at Gading Serpong, Warung Sego is a humble dining place that serves Indonesian food. In Javanese, "Sego" means rice. "Warung" means tiny shop or a kiosk. So "Warung Sego" literally means a kiosk that sell rice.

The place was air-conditioned and quite spacious. The waiters were nimble and deft.
Menu

Bebek Jumbo Bakar Madu
Bebek Jumbo Bakar Madu
This jumbo grilled duck with honey sauce was stealing my heart. The grilled duck was well-marinated, tender and finger lickin' good. It was a perfect combination of sweet and tasty. Seriously! It is so addictive.

Bebek Goreng Super

Nasi Uduk (Coconut Rice) & Nasi Merah (Red Rice)
The coconut rice had a nice fragrance and tasted delicious.
Sambal merah & sambal hijau
The red one is spicier than the green one. But I like them both.
Sayur Asam (Vegetables in Tamarind Soup)
Ayam Goreng (Fried Chicken)
Ayam Bakar Madu (Grilled Chicken with Honey Sauce)

Es Mangga Serut

This one was so refreshing and a good dining companion.

Overall, I was so satisfied with my dining experience here. The food was surprisingly delicious with affordable price. Can't wait to be back here.
