Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 strips bacon
- 2 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 egg
- 200 ml milk
- 1 slice cheese, cut into strips
- 1 tsp multi-purpose flour
- salt
- 2 pieces chilies, chopped
Direction :
1. Bring a large pot of water and boil. Add
salt.

Add pasta and cook until
al dente. After that, drain pasta.

In a bowl, whisk the
egg.
4.
Heat the margarine in a
pan until melted.
5.
Saute garlic until
fragrant.
6.
Stir in onion, chilies
and bacon, cook until bacon is evenly browned.
7.
Stir in multi-purpose
flour, milk and whisked egg.
8.
After each ingredient is
cooked, stir in the fettuccine.
9.
Transfer into serving
plate and sprinkle with cheese.
