[Recipe] Fettuccine Carbonara


Ingredients :
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 strips bacon
  • 2 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 egg
  • 200  ml milk
  • 1 slice cheese, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp multi-purpose flour
  • salt
  • 2 pieces chilies, chopped
Direction :
1.    Bring a large pot of water and boil. Add salt. 
2.    Add pasta and cook until al dente. After that, drain pasta.
3.    In a bowl, whisk the egg.
4.    Heat the margarine in a pan until melted.
5.    Saute garlic until fragrant. 
6.    Stir in onion, chilies and bacon, cook until bacon is evenly browned. 
7.    Stir in multi-purpose flour, milk and whisked egg.
8.    After each ingredient is cooked, stir in the fettuccine.
9.    Transfer into serving plate and sprinkle with cheese.
