Today, I want to share my dining experience at Ichiban Sushi. Located at Summarecon Mall Serpong, Ichiban Sushi serves Japanese food.

Beef Teriyaki Donburi

Beef Teriyaki Donburi - IDR 38 K ++

A bowl of steamed rice topped with beef teriyaki and sauteed vegetables. The beef teriyaki was tasty and not chewy.

Beef Hotplate Ramen

Beef Hotplate Ramen - IDR 33 K ++

When I saw this on the menu, I raised my eyebrows. Because ramen is usually served in a bowl, but this one is served in a hotplate. Actually, it tasted good. The noodle had a good texture and well-seasoned.

Fish Roll

Fish Roll - IDR 24 K ++

A sushi roll with fried shishamo (smelt fish) as the filling. It was simply delicious.

Salmon Teriyaki Donburi

Salmon Teriyaki Donburi - IDR 49 K ++

A bowl of steamed rice topped with salmon teriyaki and sauteed vegetables. The salmon was a little bit too dry and the seasoning was light.

Overall, Ichiban Sushi serves a delicious Japanese food with affordable price. However the food quality can be improved.
